China’s coal is the main energy power, coal has been the dominant position in China’senergy consumption, coal mining has become China’s coal industry the priority amongpriorities. While the application of car protective device in the process of coal mining,transport of is extensive, so the car protective safety problems in the application process mustcause our attention. The main work is as follow:1) According to the technical requirements, combined with the technical data of the chip,car protective device hardware control circuit is designed. The realization of different controlof car protective barrier in normal and abnormal operating conditions. The parameter can beadjusted and memory function.2) In order to ensure the delivery vehicles in operation process is uniform motion, thePID controller is introduced to optimize the motor control, in the process of selection of threeparameters of PID controller, and ultimately selected for optimization of BP neural networkbased on the PID control.3) The optimized BP neural network PID control by using the MATLAB softwaresimulation, PID simulation to get the value of the three parameter, and curing to the mcu.4) Motor speed comparison before and after optimization from the0to the stableoperation of the time required, draws the conclusion, optimization has achieved satisfactoryresults.The control system designed in this paper has been applied to the actual products in thecompany’s performance, so that the product is superior to other similar products.
