With the development and application of intelligent manufacturing technology,network transmission technology,modern control theory and other technologies,frequency conversion speed control technology has also been widely used.At present,the ribbon printer has the characteristics of fast printing speed,small size,low printing cost,high reliability,easy implementation of embedded design and easy maintenance.It has been widely used in retail,transportation,industry,manufacturing,healthcare,and business industries.The ribbon coding machine is a research hotspot in the field of automation control.This paper combines the development of ribbon coding machine and its control technology with the background of new market demand,and designs the speed sensorless coding machine ribbon tension embedded control System SOC-based.One of the main applications in the color belt tension control system-two-phase hybrid stepping motor is widely used in the market because of its low cost,easy open loop control and simple structure.However,hybrid stepping motors tend to oscillate at low frequencies and generate large electromagnetic noise crosstalk.When precision control is required,the stepping motor can not be used to obtain ideal control accuracy by common methods.The stepping motor subdivision driving technology can improve the single step resolution of the stepping motor to reduce low frequency oscillation and torque fluctuation and reduce running noise.Using speed sensorlcss control technology to meature the easily detectable physical quantity,and then using the physical quantities such as stator voltage,current and other speed estimation to replace the traditional speed sensor.Speed sensorless control technology cloud advance to drive mode of the motor compensates for the problems between simple open loop control and high performance closed loop control,eliminating the trouble caused by hardware such as traditional speed sensor,improving the controllability of the system and reducing the system cost required.In this paper,Altera's Cyclone V is used as the core processor,and the SoC-based speed sensorless ribbon printer embedded control system is designed.According to the FPGA modular design specification,the whole system is divided reasonably,including power management circuit.stepper motor drive module circuit,signal conditioning module circuit and main CPU module circuit.In terms of software,the ribbon motor controller and the IP core based on the ADC controller are designed.The Linux driver migration is completed and the AMBA bus is selected as the SOC-based ribbon tension control system.The friendly human-computer interaction based on C++language is developed.The interface finally completed the design of the embedded control system for the entire ribbon machine tension.Finally,through the Quartus?'s own simulation software and actual operation,the system realizes the printer ribbon motor control system with good human-computer interaction interface,high print quality and high printing speed.
