The coal mine safety accident occurred frequently in recent years. The mine power supply system accidents Forecast with difficulty were significant factors which causing the gas disaster occurred in the multitudinous reason inducing the accident. Using the reliable automated intelligence synthesized protective device play an important role regarding to enhance the the power supply quality and the reliability of the power supply network. Intelligence synthesized protective device is important component of coal mine power supply automated system. Through installing intelligence protective device in mine power transformer substations, we can dump the faulty line and reduce the each kind of accident caused by creepage when appears accident like creepage and so on. We have completed one kind of coal mine power intelligence synthesized protective device controller design based on the DSP processor, the research of research present situation and development direction of coal mine electric power protective device, regarding with popular digital signal processing technology. It has got a good result in field application.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1. We gave design proposal of the intelligent synthesized protective device based on. TMS320F2812 the fixed-point DSP processor according to the application environment and the user demand; combining with the development present situation of the synthesized power protective device and the analysis of the function demand of synthesized power protective device.2. We gave the method of carrying on floating point operation with fixed point DSP processor, relized the FFT arithmetic based on TMS320F2812 fixed-point DSP processor,and carried on the electrical network harmonic analysis with FFT arithmetic.3. We gave design proposal of the whole system, including hardware frame construction and software design proposal. Hardware system included the design and realization of analog signals input circuit, AD sampling circuit, power circuit,reset circuit,memory circuit, CAN bus, RS422 serial bus, real-time clock,EEPROM, kilowatthour meter and so on. System software design borrowed ideas from object-oriented thinking, adopted the modular design method, and devided the whole software system into several relatively independent modules including initialization, self-examination, data sampling and processing, FFT program, fault detection and processing, real-time clock, CAN and the RS422 communication and so on. We gave its software design concept and the design flow in detail, aiming at every module.This project comes from "Technology of monitor and control and anticipatory alert of mining electrical network magnitude disaster"undertaken by Huainan mining group. The intelligent synthesis protector is terminal protective device of the system. The intelligent synthesis protective controller is stable and has achieved the anticipated effect. The design can also provide reference proposal to the design of electrical protective device based on DSP, and it has widespread application prospect.
