Measuring integrated controller is the core equipment in aircraft telemetry system and itsperformance is good or bad to directly affect working condition of the vehicle telemetrysystem. Measurement integrated controller ground testing system in this article is designed tothe dedicated ground test equipment to finish the test requirements for measuring integratedcontroller, and it is on the basis of the design ideas of automatic test system and combinedwith research and development technology and experience of the scientific research team tocarry on the design. And in the process this design fully shows design ideas of modular,standardization, generalization and openness.Combining with the development trend of automatic test system at home and abroad, thisarticle put forward the design scheme for ground testing system of measuring integratedcontroller. In terms of hardware circuit design, the functions of the entire system werecompleted by different circuit board: PCI interface card was used to realize connectionbetween industrial PC and the ground test equipment, and could insure the accuracy andreliability of data transmission between them; Analog signal source card used DDStechnology to realize parallel output of64channel analog signals, whose type (sine wave,sawtooth wave, triangle wave, square wave and DC signal), frequency(1kHz~8kHz) andamplitude (0V~+5V) all could set flexibly through the PC test software; Digital signalsource card completed sending of GNSS signal and pulse counting signal, and read PCM testdata. In terms of software design, standardized protocols were made to specify thecommunication among the various of functional interface cards and the logical sequencedesign of each functional interface card achieved in accordance with the principle of modulardesign.The ground testing system for measuring integrated controller carried out test, and the testresults showed the implementation of ground testing system‘s each functional accords withthe design requirements, at the same time,this design also basically reached the designpurpose of modularization and standardization. In addition this article also described the related theory involved in the design in detail and analyzed the key technology in emphasis.
