Industrial products would pass through a series of rigorous identification checks and the indicators must be in line with national standards before they can be put on the market. Manufacturers should establish a strict monitoring system which collects the data of parameters from the simulation environment to the computer center and then draws curve in the form of images show.The software of the monitoring system usually provides the function of data collection, testing curve shows, and product information management. As different monitoring systems applied to different environmental have different specific needs, which results inconvenience—long development cycle, high development costs and development inefficiencies in the development of software systems. Based on the experience of long-term research and development of the system, they are found that there are many similarities in functions. The focus of this study is integrating common grounds of the drawing curve in monitoring systems to develop the standard modules which will resolve the problems addressed above.In the development of such software systems not only the standard modules with good interface are necessary, but also the data storage structures and the introduction of key algorithms make tremendous influence on the system performance. This paper analyses the data storing idea which is to store the data collected in a dynamic memory space generally. The existing memory space increases with the arrival of the data. In addition, the database system should be relative to the memory space. The tables are mainly for storing information of project management and the test data in different time.Efficient algorithms enhance the performance of the system greatly. The key algorithms of coordinates processing, graphics buffer technology and the show of various types of curve are studied deeply.
