The collected works of "Shi Jing Tang Chu Ji" were compiled and block printed when Xu Xudan was alive, the author’s name was signed on it--"QianTang Xu Xudan Xiling ",it contains495various types of articles. Among these articles, Xu Xudan plagiarized all or parts of6articles from the literati before the Ming Dynasty,59articles from the literati in the Ming Dynasty, and22articles from the literati in the Qing Dynasty, the three totaling87articles. Xu Xudan’s plagiarism was so concentrated that it differed from the other found copycats, regardless of title number is concerned, or just type in technique, was rare before. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this article is divided into four parts as follows:The first part analyses the day of Xu Xudan’s birth and death, the process of the version changing of the "Shi Jing Tang Chu Ji" and the signature of the author. Firstly, through the analysis of the content of Xu Xudan’s works, I can confirm that he was born in1659, Shunzhi sixteen years, and after the analysis of the relevant historical materials, I can confirm that Xu Xudan died in1720, Kangxi fifty-nine years. Secondly, I analyses and compares the three versions of "Shi Jing Tang Chu Ji", and I do a detailed explanation of the signature, which can prove that "Shi Jing Tang Chu Ji" was definitely wrote by Xu Xudan. These are all ready for the following parts. The second part clearly demonstrates the titles of plagiarism which Xu Xudan copied from the literati before and during the Ming Dynasty in the form of table, and then explains the several types of Xu Xudan’s copying--"replacement method","truncation method","all copying method","piece together method" and "transplanting method" with specific articles which contains the Xu Xudan’s articles and the true author’s articles. I do not need to do a lot of work to prove that Xu Xudan was the copycat, because the plagiarism all appeared before or during the Ming Dynasty and did not belong to the normal reference. The third part mainly illustrates and analyses Xu Xudan’s plagiarism from the literati in the same Qing Dynasty in his "Shi Jing Tang Chu Ji". Firstly, it demonstrates the titles of plagiarism which Xu Xudan copied from the literati in the Qing Dynasty in the form of table. Secondly I have to analyse these plagiarism cause they were wrote in the Qing Dynasty. In consideration of the length of the aricle and the quantity of the plagiarism, I could not list all the articles, therefore, I only choose several literati who were copied more by Xu Xudan and analyse a few representative articles. I illustrate the articles of Song Qifeng, Wang Dai, Wang Wan, Xiao Zhen and so on, by comparing their articles with the corresponding Xu Xudan’s articles, I can prove that Xu Xudan do copy a lot of articles from the literati in the same period, besides, it explains the several types of Xu Xudan’s copying once again. The fourth part solves a long-term difficult problem in the study of the legend of "The Peach Blossom Fan" of Kong Shangren, it confirms that Xu Xudan’s "The Peach Blossom Fan Ti Ci" copied from Kong Shangren’s "The Peach Blossom Fan Xiao Yin". As for the external evidence, after I confirmed that Xu Xudan do copy a lot from the literati before or in his period, it is no wonder that Xu Xudan’s "The Peach Blossom Fan Ti Ci" copied from Kong Shangren’s "The Peach Blossom Fan Xiao Yin". As for the internal evidences, one is that "The Peach Blossom Fan Xiao Yin" is definitely wrote by Kong Shangren, it cannot be wrote by others, one is that Kong Shangren and Xu Xudan did not have the time and conditions to creat "The Peach Blossom Fan Xiao Yin" together, another one is the content of The Peach Blossom Fan Xiao Yin" is closely related to the legend of "The Peach Blossom Fan", and the last one is the misuse of the first person and the third person in "The Peach Blossom Fan Ti Ci", the four evidences can all be used to prove that Xu Xudan’s "The Peach Blossom Fan Ti Ci" definitely copied from Kong Shangren’s "The Peach Blossom Fan Xiao Yin".
