This thesis is based on the research that aimed to build an internet-based electrical and electronic virtual laboratory (IEEVL), which is part of a national science and technology support program titled "Research and Application of the Key Technologies of Virtual Experimental Teaching Environment"(No.2008BAH29B00). Now, IEEVL can provide6parts of virtual experiments of basic electrical courses including Circuit Theory, Analog Electronic Technology, Digital Electronic Technology, Microelectronic Devices, Microcomputer Principles and Digital Signal Processor.The process of the IEEVL development is a complex system. Many researchers joined the project, we have done a lot of preparatory work such as s overall design, frame selection, system demonstration, agreement making, and ultimately go into the development and implementation stages. The main work of the thesis is to research on the key problems encountered in the development of IEEVL, model on the overall design, focus on the system availability and reliability, take into accounts the interaction of the entire project, uniformity and scalability, and to provide the key technical support. Because of the excellent scalability, the management platform can be developed into an integrative system with combination of virtual and physical experiment.This thesis firstly introduces the structure and function of EEVL from the client side, server side and experiment side, and then presents the workflow of the system. After the overall introduction, the thesis describes a management platform for a web client side of internet-based electrical engineering lab using SSH framework. This experiment platform covers6subjects, dividing users into6levels of authority to manage.
