In this paper, as a matter of convenience to apply the calibration instrument to the scene of the factory, a design with high precision is proposed which is easy to take. The dynamic characteristic of the electric heating furnace is analyzed in this paper, and the establishment of a mathematical model of the electric heating furnace. According to the characteristics of controlled object, propose the control algorithm based on the proportion of-fuzzy self-tuning PID. This control algorithm will be carried out under MATLABA environment simulation results show that fully meet the requirements. This control algorithm is a specific value in the set and actual temperature deviation is large, the proportional control algorithm, speed up the warming process; the deviation is small, fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithms.According to system requirements, established based on the temperature calibration equipment ARM9 hardware platform, transplant based on operating system kernel linux2.6, write the system software, And made of soft and hard combination of joint commissioning, right, and the results analyzed. The results show that the system has achieved its stated design goals. System combines the proportion of-fuzzy self-tuning PID, ARM9 core, Linux2.6 real-time operating system, developed with good human-machine interface for high-temperature-controlled high-precision measurement of temperature control device, which has high accuracy, good can be scalability and portability characteristics.
