The study of digitalizing gas turbine fuel controller is one of the mostimportant research directions in current domestic marine power technology fields. The merit and demerit for dynamic and static characteristics of the fuel controllershall affect the stability, transient response ability and economical efficiency ofmain turbine of ships. The fuel controller of a certain type marine gas turbine isdescribed as object for the study in this paper by building up simulating platformof digitized fuel controller through construction of mathematical model ofsubsystems including gas turbine and actuator and so on. The main workaccomplished in this paper is described as follows:1.This paper analyzes the construction and working principle of fuelcontroller, according to the test data of gas turbine based on the continuousequation and the inertia differential equations, and adopts linear small deviationhandling method to set up the mathematical model of gas turbine and actuator, which is completely feasible.2. Fuzzy PID controll algorithm based on position, the calculation of speedcontrol curve, trapezoidal curve and fuzzy PID controll algorithm based onvelocity are proposed. This paper completes the design project with both meritsof the traditional PID control and the fuzzy control;3.This paper analyzes characteristics of numerical control algorithm undervarious working conditions, checks the accuracy of the controller model bysimulation which connects the model and the designed controller together. Thesimulation result shows that the parameters to the algorithm of fuzzy PIDcontroller fit the control demand of gas turbine, and can achieve intendedperformance index and obtain an good control effect.
