Micro turbine power generation technology is developed rapidly andimproved constantly in recent years. It has become an important part of thedistributed power supply. At present, micro turbine technology of somedeveloped countries has been relatively mature and many types of micro turbinehave been commercialized. Micro turbine power generation technology in chinalags far behind foreign advanced level because of late start, and now there is noin-depth and systematic research. So it has very important practical significancefor the independent innovation research of micro turbine power generationtechnology.Micro turbine power generation technology was studied in this paper, basedon fusing domestic and foreign mature experience, adopting artificial intelligenceand electronic technology. Hardware circuit, software program and controlalgorithm of the control system were designed. The32-bit fixed point DSPTMS320F2812was adopted as the core control unit of hardware circuit. Thecontroller input/output channels,485communication circuit, clock circuit,extended memory circuit were designed, and anti-jamming measures were usedin the system. Software program includes lower computer control programs andupper computer applications. Lower computer programs mainly include dataacquisition, detection alarm, data processing and preservation, datacommunication, the working process of the micro gas turbine control module,etc. Upper computer applications mainly include real-time data display andstorage, alarm indicator, status indicator, parameter calibration, parametersetting, extract the data module, etc. In the control process, considering factors ofthe systematic nonlinear and hysteresis quality, fuzzy PID control algorithm wasused in constant speed control of micro turbine, using speed deviation and the speed error rate of micro turbine as input, three control parameters of incrementalPID as output. Fuzzy control rule base, combining field expert experience and theactual test data of manual test for times, was designed to realize the automaticcontrol of micro turbine.This system was tested on the self-developed experimental platform, and thecontrol effect was better. In actual operation of the engineering field, the dynamicand static characteristics of the system were relatively good, making the microturbine run stability, which reached the design requirements.
