After the disaster, is a race against time the process of searching for survivors,found in first hours and rescued the survivors are key to the rescue work. However,after the disaster in complex environment is not conducive to the rescue of survivors.Instinctively through various ways of surviving personnel sent out distress signals,sound signals, such as the hue and cry, beating objects. These voices through variousobstacles have become very weak, and the rescue site-doped barium all kinds of noise,hard simple by ear sense and judgment. Then if there is an instrument that caneffectively pick up, amplify and filter these signals, will undoubtedly providesignificant help rescue workers.Acoustic, vibration analyzer probe students, is exploring a way to meet theseneeds. Acoustic, vibration probe instrument that can help students who help staff locatea mobile, knock, or call for help survivors. The main principle is: the acceleration ofgravity sensors through a special sensor for help given by survivors trapped, percussionand vibration of life a weak signal, the signal amplification, filtering, will be useful forprocessing the signal is divided into two: one signal through the audio amplification,the sound output in the form directly to the high sensitivity of the headset; another roadthrough the ADC, is converted to digital signals, processed by the main control unit,converted to a waveform output to the LCD monitor. Collected through multiplechannels, multiple sets of data available to help rescue personnel quickly and accuratelylocate the source of vibration, and then find survivorsThis paper introduces an LPC2478as the main control unit of the sound,vibration meter probe students design and implementation. This design is a lot of workdone by predecessors on the basis of making the design improvements and product andresearch. Focus in the design process reliability, availability and portability, taking intoaccount cost and low power consumption, suitable for mass production, equipment of the rescue team. Reliability of the program’s main concern is power, conditioningcircuit program selection and layout of PCB layout design, EMC strictly follow theprinciple of the circuit; practical aspects of human-computer interaction research toconsider the convenience and intuitive nature of output data; portable in terms ofcomprehensive consideration on the basis of reliability and availability, by reducing thePCB size, reduce the system weight, and power supply system and so easy to achieve.Described in detail the structure and the components of the system, given the variousparts of the hardware and software flow chart of the main circuit.The design of the main work done: First, according to sound, vibration, studentsexplore the basic principles and characteristics of instruments, the overall systemdesign. First summary of the previous generation of students explore the characteristicsof instruments, each other, improve the system block diagram of the design; secondblock diagram of the system and the system parameters related devices; determined tocomplete system diagram selection, PCB design and welded debugging; second, tocomplete the commissioning of the module and the basic driver programming; Third,the gains and losses of the previous generation algorithm to complete the preparation ofsystem software; Fourth, the overall completion of equipment testing, to achieve thedesired design intent.
