Abstract/Summary:
According to practical engineering demand in the military field, and after gaining lots of data about transducers oversea and inland, and with conbining the domestic fact, the whole design project of the micro triaxial vibration transduser was presented and demonstrated.In the article ,the whole design project of the apperatus is introdued,and the math model is founded by using the mechanics principle of inertial accelerometer. Towards each part of the apparatus, the detial theory discursion and the design scheme and fdcture arts was gived. Based on the mesne layer theory, the centralized stress cantilever was designed, and the infection factors was analysed in detail.In the designing of controditional circuits, comparing with several troditional methods and the merits was integrated, a novel circuits with fewer components and higher performance was designed, and by using the micro assembly techniques, the circuits was minisized. The key arts and the calibration methods was presented the facture arts introduseel, and the testing results gived.The author is the principal of the project, taking charge and taking part in the whole work of the mission. By integeral design of the senser and the circuits,the products has advantages of minisize, light weight, wide responding range, high sensitivity, etc. The results of performance test and environment examination indicate that, the design is reasonable, the arts rational, all performances arrive or exceed the demands of the contract.the product has passed the appraise rate of minister,arrived the international leading level.
