| Currently existing all kinds of mobile network management and monitoringterminal are independent each other. Displaying format is completely different.Scheduling staff cannot check different system simultaneously, which both delayalarm time and increase the workload scheduling staff. Intelligent scheduling platformof Mobile network improves the existing mobile network monitor system performance,managing system costs, improve the system efficiency, have the important practicalsignificance. This thesis work done as follows:(1)Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of existing management system,including of the langchao Net Watcher communication integrated network system,Shanghai bell Alcate integrated concentration alarm system, Union CommunicationGSM/CDMA wireless station integrated alarm system, alarm system ofcomprehensive Moore(2)Designed the mobile network platform of intelligent scheduling. Systemmainly adopts C/S (client/server) structure, supports Internet and LAN, VPN, Internetand WAP access way. System software adopts layered structure and is divided intothree layers: network support layer and business support layer and analysis layer.Each module in the database realizes data sharing with database, pretreatment andmessages communication.(3) Collected multi-vendor GSM (which could later be expanded to3G, TD)mobile communications network of hundreds of kinds of alarm records, road testrecords, complaint records, through the performance of well-Bus message queuecollected in real-time system, in combination with a variety of data sources obtainedfrom other different network data, using specially customized for the networkscheduling priorities of the data mining engine, GIS engine and workflow engine,combined with international advanced large-screen, LED electronic display screen, aninnovative way presents implements a centralized use, centralized management,centralized implementation of information management platform for centralizedscheduling. |
