Fierce competition in client resources, channel resources and the quality ofservice in domestic communication field drives phone calls from the client tool to thecustomer application platform. Especially,since2009—the first year of the3G era,the competition among the top three operating agencies became more fiercely. Undersuch circumstance of tough market competition, China Mobile cell phone must thinkand solve the problems, such as changing Mobile phone into a customer informationservice and customer information applications platform, in-depth services, to keepconsolidate competitive advantage and sustainable Development.The status of domestic and international SMS business is elaborated in the firstpart of this paper,and competitive advantage from three aspects, technique, cost andmarketing messages are analyzed. In comparison with the present use of three airdownload technology, SMS services on the household model based on B2Ce-commerce is imported. Videlicet the use of electronic channels (SMS, hotline andwebsite) to achieve synergy with the BOSS system: customers through SMS,telephone and Internet access manner choice of numbers, select products, fill outcustomer information and other business sectors, in the electronic channel marketingplatform, pre-generated electronic order, then reached the BOSS system-generatedelectronic order, combined with the artificial line to complete the operation andlogistics and distribution business on the account. Market feedbackinformation indicates that SMS services on the household will be new informationservices marketing model with mobile phones as the carrier, and provides a newsolution for China Mobile to solve the problems, such as enhance the value of mobilenetworks, payment, logistics and distribution, etc.
