With the development of Robot-Technology, kinds of Robots come out. A large number of Industrial Robots have appeared in various industrial productions. These robots often need to work in environment which is dangerous or unsuitable for human survival. In this condition, the remote operating of the robot can solves this type of problem.Because of the rapid development of Robot-Technology, a compatible remote operating system will become the trend of remote operating.Today, with the popularity of smart phones, the development of Mobile Internet becomes the focus of the world. Remote operating of robot,which is based on mobile internet, will break the ice created by distance and let us enjoy the real interacting.This thesis design a system combined the Remote operating of robot and Mobile Internet, which is called A Robot Remote Operating System Based on Mobile Internet. This design is composed of a live middle-ware and a remote controller. Live middle-ware is connected with the robot through serial port for the need of compatibility, which is a S3C6410based Arm-Linux OS system. Real-time image will be encoded as H.264format and transported to remote controller. The remote client will be installed on Android OS, composed by several modules:real-time receiving, decoding and playing, control-message transporting. With the help of kinds of experiments, it has been proved that this design is a safe, low-delayed compatible and effective system.
