Distribution of a certain number of sensor nodes in the target monitoring area, collected datainformation to the client by virtue of self-organizing multi-hop manner, so that the formation of thenetwork known as the wireless sensor network (WSN). This paper studies the WSN MAC layerprotocol. MAC layer protocol, the key question is how many sensor nodes can accurately so,reliable network of shared communication channel to avoid or reduce the probability of conflict.The main work of this paper is the typical standard MAC layer protocol. The first focuses on atypical MAC protocol already exists in the mainstream, and classified, then detailed analysis andcomparison of these core idea of the agreement, the performance advantages and disadvantages,research limit its application difficulty. Last around a broadcast function requires the MAC layerprotocol-DB-MAC protocol conduct research:(1) This agreement either support reliable unicast,the ordinary broadcast can also support reliable broadcast, and use the NS2protocol simulation, andresults show that DB-MAC protocol can significantly improve network packet delivery ratio andreliability indicators;(2) based on the DB-MAC protocol can be done reliably broadcast capabilities,and to study the dynamic of a dependable broadcastadjust the way, from the simulation results,dynamically adjust the way the average broadcast efficiency in the implementation of severaldependable broadcast which is the best;(3) In the last two steps of the study on the basis of simplystudied this agreement adaptive algorithm transmission probability p, by virtue of the Markovmodel (Markov) to do the mathematical derivation of the theoretical analysis of its performance, theresults show that with the p-persistent CSMA strategy compared to the adaptive algorithm has betterperformance.
