DCN is an integrated data network builed on the public telecommunication netword,to meet the telecommunication enterprise needs in maintenance, operation, managementand service. It can connnect the different OS, OS and telecom network. DCN newtork playsthe hinge role in the proudction of telecom. Almost all production, operations, MIS, ERPsystem is built on DCN foundation. Original DCN network bandwidth is small, weakperformance, scalability, security and low drawbacks increasingly apparent, so the successof the DCN network transformation is related to the the Suqian telecom businesstransformation to the success of key issues.Face many difficulties in the construction and development process of the DCNnetwork. First is the complexity of business support. Different business asks for much ofthe network characteristics. Second is the robustness of the network structure, because ofthe DCN network is a network covering the whole region, the access point of many and thehigh bandwidth requirements. So how to create areasonable next-generation network is ourkey consideration in the construction of DCN network. Third is network security.Enterprise network security issues are troubled by all first-class, so it must be focused.Forth is an extension of the networkin. This attention should be paid to support protocolsand features of the equipment.MPLS VPN is a MPLS technology based on the IP-VPN. MPLS VPN technologyapplied in the network routing and switching devices can simplify the routing of the corerouter, use label switching combined with traditional routing technology to providehigh-quality IP virtual private network, and construct a secure, broadband intranet to meet avariety of flexible business needs. This thesis discusses the research and practiceapplication of MPLS VPN technology in Telecom DCN internal network reconstructionprocess.
