With GSP (Good Supplying Practice) certification requirements, many small and medium sized enterprises are urgent to introduce information technology, especially in the planned procurement, the purchase of inspection, storage, sales , After-sales service and other sectors, the strong demand in circulation have medical Invoicing information systems.Computer technology applications in business perfected: combining networks, databases, etc. to provide efficient support for business. In this study, management infoormation systems from the perspective of software engineering (VB+SQL)through a series of research, programming pharmaceutical inventory management infoormation system, and elite-based ant system simulation approach to Dug diSTRibution to establish the optimal delivery route.The main contents are:1.
