With the continuous development of liquid crystal industry, the upgrading of products, technology upgrading, processing technology is also increasingly complex, people on the liquid crystal display quality is paid more and more attention, in which the module IC attached process and quality assurance in a crucial link, this subject is aimed at IC attached process common electrode misplacement caused abnormal screen, designed a set of high performance electrode displacement detection system and automatic correction system, effectively ensure the quality reliability.According to the liquid crystal display in the production process of electrode misplacement, collecting two electrode relative deviation data, using6Sigma analysis derived factor:equipment inherent accuracy problem.Aiming at this problem, design a malposition correction system. The system first uses optical sensors to receive the liquid crystal panel electrode and the IC electrode, the image signal is converted into a PC can handle the electrical signal, is transmitted to the special image processing apparatus, image processing system for these signals to computing target feature extraction:electrode offset distance. the next-bit machine PLC real-time access to test results, commanding servo system to carry out the corresponding control action:X axis automatic correction.The system has the advantages of quick, intelligent and reliable characteristics, put into use to ensure product quality, reduce staff strength, will be put into mass product application.
