With the progress of reforming and opening-up policy, logistics is developing very rapidly these years in China. When the advanced theories of logistics are largely introduced into China and these theories are well applied, informationalization of logistics industy is also developing. Aptitude logistics platform is put forward under this kind of background.Aptitude logistics platform adopts advanced Service-Oriented Architecture, simplifies the complicated logistics application software system and supplies one sort of architecture for its development. This architecture encapsulates pivotal logistics operation and offers diverse logistics operation components and aptitude components. With the support of this kind of components, the development of Aptitude logistics management can be simplified and the complexity can be reduced,so the cycle of development may be shortened and efficiency may be improved.Logistics operation Aptitude component is one of the most important components in the Aptitude logistics platform; because many optimizing problems which concern to Logistics operation are NP-completeness problems. How to solve out these problems efficiently is paid attention in the thesis.Meanwhile, aptitude optimizing algorithm is well developed in these years,because of the its characteristics,it is applied in many fields of application. This thesis which focuses on the actual application of logistics operations research on the three problems by using three kinds of aptitude optimizing algorithm. Modeling on the shortest Path Problem and designing the algorithm to solve out this problem by using cellular automata is the first research direction. Solving out the vehicle routing problem by using normal genetic Algorithm and designing the improved genetic algorithm is the second one. Final, Cargo Loading Problem is solved out by using artificial fish school algorithm and the improved one.This thesis is based on Aptitude logistics platform,researchs the content of the problems of logistics operation,establishes the model of three problems and designs the different improved algorithm based on aptitude optimizing algorithm to these problems. With the verification of experiment,all the improvement is in effect.
