Based on the shipboard "communication on the move", the design of shipboard three axis stability control system is presented and some key technologies are researched in this paper.Firstly, according to control, the system mechanical structure and performance are presented, the overall design of hardware and software are studied and the system control scheme is improved. Secondly, for the noise and fluctuation phenomenon presented in the gyro output signal, three methods are used to filter the gyro signal. According to the filtering result, the Kalman filter is selected in the actual use. To verify the effectiveness of the control algorithm, the principle of the control system is analysised, the model of control system is established and expert PID control algorithm is designed. The simulations of system tracking satellite signa and stability control are also presented. Then the system software modular is designed and each module of the software is completed. The flow chart is presented to realize the system function. Finally, the system hardware and software joint debugging and its results analysis are presented. |
