Along with the rapid development of the wireless communication technology, location server is more and more important. In order to supply location service America designed the GPS (Global Position System) in1970s, GPS can supply a high-precision location service in the open environment, where the signal of satellite loss very small. But since the loss of the signal, GPS cannot be used in indoor.In order to solve this issue, this paper design an indoor location system, that can supply location service in indoor environment. This system uses inertial and WiFi technology to location. System composed by two parts, location server and location client. Location client is a mobile device that which Android system. Location client can supply location service through download maps form location server. This paper design an Android application, which runs in location client, this application uses WiFi, acceleration sensor to realize location service.This paper uses JOSM and MapActivity to design electronic maps, uses shortest path algorithm to realize navigation function. This paper develops a module to analysis electronic maps and generate adjacency matrix which will be used in shortest path algorithm. This paper also design an algorithm to detect whether user have moved, and design a path match algorithm. This paper improves the algorithm of WiFi location, which can decrease time complexity. It has been found that the precision of system is5m.
