Research And Application Of Indoor Wireless Location Technology Based On WiFi

With the rapid development of intelligent hardware and popularity of WiFi and O2O,geographic location based service full of commercial value and social value has been widely concerned,in which the value of short distance indoor location is prominent particularly.In the aspects of commercial value,indoor location can achieve precision marketing that when the potential customers are near the shops,indoor location can push useful messages to them to improve the conversion rate.Also indoor location can determine the user's behavior through the trajectory analysis of user preferences to achieve better precision marketing.As far as social value,indoor location can monitor in the specific areas of museums,prisons,hospitals and other places to prevent pedestrians from breaking in in time.It is the great prospect of commercial value and social value that people begin to research various algorithms of indoor location,which comes to the indoor location software based on the WiFi.At present the existing algorithms and location software are difficult to meet people's requirements in precision and accuracy.Therefore,this article gives optimal schemes in precision and accuracy from two aspects,and realize the indoor location system finally.(1)Analysis and processing of RSSI signal.The signal intensity of WiFi is the basic data source to realize location and related to the accuracy of indoor location so that minimizing the error in the process of RSSI collection is crucial.According to the analysis and simulation of original data,this article has put forward two signal processing methods: static and dynamic.Through the combination of these twomethods,we can make a preliminary screening and sorting of the signal at the establishment stage of the location fingerprint database and the on-line location stage.(2)Optimal K weighted nearest neighbor algorithm.Based on the analysis of the NN algorithm and KNN algorithm,this article proposes an optimal location algorithm based on named K-WKNN.This algorithm introduces the concept of K-means clustering and weighting,and it can effectively improve the precision and accuracy of indoor location.(3)In this article,the indoor location software based on WiFi is realized.The software can realize the function of real-time location,movement track observation and regional warning.
