In order to meet the need of rapid development of the radio industry,manage and maintain the order of airwaves well,reply the radio security in the complex electromagnetic environment,ensure national and societal security,safeguard people’s lives’and property’s security,strengthen the radio management techniques,ensure and make full use of radio spectrum resources,promote the healthy development of the socio-economic, ensure the general requirement of special departments in using frequency safety, so strengthening radio monitoring, finding the source of interference quickly and eliminating interference are more and more important.At the same time, for wining the future information warfare, satisfying the need of CAPF to execute missions, eliminating interference timely, attacking enemy targets, radio monitoring, direction-finding, locating all play a huge role. The duty of radio monitoring is more and more great, especially when dealing with the significant radio emergency of involving national security, affecting society stability, damaging the safety of life and property for people, the radio monitoring management should make the daily monitoring and build emergency monitoring mechanism, so building a aerial radio monitor and orientation system is important.In this thesis, based on research status and development request of aerial radio monitoring and direction-finding domestic and overseas, we introduce the rationale of electromagnetic wave and common propagation model, then we comparative study the principle and method of radio monitoring, direction-finding, locating.On the basis of the design principles and system functional requirements for aerial radio monitoring and direction-finding system, we introduce the four component part which are monitoring and direction-finding equipment system, platform carrier system, data transmission system and command and control center in this system, and make some suggestion for the need of the CAPF in execute missions.Then, we detail the test goal, content and theory of aerial radio monitoring and direction-finding test, and have carried a feasibility study test, then have obtained the test data of the direction finding precision at different high degree and monitoring radius, we fix the location the target radiation source by using two cross-positioning, get the test conclusion, expound and prove the feasibility and necessity of building a aerial radio monitoring and direction-finding system. At last, on the basis of test data, we study the localization of the propagation model, build a aerial radio locating model and emulate the location result by MVEKF algorithm, make comparative analysis with real test result.This thesis provides theory evidence for building aerial radio monitoring and direction-finding system, and has certain instructive significance and realistic values in practical application.
