With the social development of urbanization,more and more people living in cities.Due to the complexity and variety of the road in the city,special disabilities,such as wheelchair,how to travel conveniently has become urgent problems.Existing travel planning navigation system most only consider the normal travel,regardless of the particular people with disabilities to travel,without considering the special people with disabilities to travel,if the condition of a road is poor,it is difficult for them to pass,then it will affect their trip.In this thesis,we propose a service based on accessibility of the travel navigation system for the wheelchair.It mainly consists of two sub-systems,traffic accident event extraction system and navigation system.First of all,the traffic accident event extraction system get real-time traffic information from the network;then the data mining;Finally,delivery the real-time traffic information to accessibility map.The navigation system is developed based on OTP(Open Trip Planner),which can provide travel planning services for users by loading reachability map information and optimizing improved navigation algorithm.This system mainly has the following two characteristics:1.A real-time dynamic reachability information from the network access,i.e.,real-time traffic information,combined with static local reachability information,provide a travel plan for people in wheelchairs,at present at home and abroad few similar system provides this function.2.Through the text mining technology to get traffic accident data from real-time multi-source data acquired from the Internet,and the key data such as time,location and type of the data were extracted.The processed data into wheelchair travel real-time road accessibility effect.3.The navigation system algorithm is improved,and a new bidirectional A*algorithm is added to the system.This algorithm greatly improves the navigation efficiency and optimizes the navigation path for many urban road navigation in complex road sections.At the end of this thesis,a multi-angle test is carried out for the system.After receiving the request from users,the system can return the navigation path in 2.5 seconds,and can effectively avoid the bad section for users.In addition,the system can get real-time traffic information within 2 minutes after obtaining the data,and has good timeliness.The system is stable and reliable,the probability of failure is not higher than0.03%.The system has good performance in all aspects,it can bring convenience to the wheelchair.
