Chinese civil aviation air traffic control experiences three stages:Procedure control、Procedural control under radar surveillance、Radar control.Spatial range develops from singleaviation sector to multiple aviation sectors.With the development of civil aviation, air traffic control depends more and more onradar、vhf signals.It’s significant that we should pick up special transmission network devicesand access network devices in order to prevent these important signals from interruption.It’snecessary that we should draft proposals so well-planed that the radar、vhf networks can workstably.This paper mainly discusses that some core communication network transmission hingerents SDH2M of China Telecom corporation and China mobile corporation,or OSN2M ofChina Unicom corporation as transmission backbone trunks to build up FA16access privatenetwork.In FA16access private network radar signals carry out in seamless coverages and vhfcommunication accomplish in cross regions. When the network based on PCM principletransfers to the IP technology, some core communication network transmission hinge utilizesATM、TES、KU networks、China Unicom SDH2M as ground or air route to built up largebandwidth and full redundancy IP access private networks of FA36_A and FA36_B.Inthese access private networks radar signals transmit in IP packages and vhf signals in VOIPtechnology.This article also focuses on network maintenance and the service of FA16andFA36access private networks.
