The combustion process is to improve the fuel injection system, intake system and combustion chamber structure of the three good mix and match, jet fuel injection system which plays a most important role. Common Rail Diesel Engine system is to improve engine performance and reduce its harmful emissions, one of the most effective technology.Usually diesel engine has a poor and changeable working environment, to ensure that the diesel engine electronic control system can work reliably in the weather, mechanical, electrical performance under all conditions, we request the ECU can deal with the sensor signal in variety of environmental. But due to the confidentiality of foreign automotive electronic technology and high product prices, the domestic automotive manufacturers are very difficult to use it. Therefore, the development of a low-cost automated test systems for analog signal ECU hardware and software testing has a very important significance.In this paper, both at home and abroad access to the relevant Common Rail Diesel Engine ECU and USB, vehicle CAN network-related information about the required Common Rail Diesel Engine ECU sensor signals of various types of vehicles of various types and Common Rail Diesel Engine load characteristics, and in accordance with Common Rail Diesel Engine ECU hardware and software debugging needs, developed a simulation system Common Rail Diesel Engine ECU.This system can simulate some sensor signal of common rail diesel engine's ECU, including analog signal, switch signal, speed signal, crankshaft and camshaft signal and so on. In addition, this system can test the control and display signal of ECU, including electromagnetic valve, relay signal and speed signal of the drive panel. This system can provide the CAN bus interface for ECU, communicate with the ECU and know about the control information from ECU .In addition, this system can display and adjust with PC through CAN-USB conversion unit, which facilitate the archiving of information management.This article focuses on the communications components of the system created successfully. USB1.1 bus such as data acquisition, as well as PC application interface development, introduced a simulation system for communication of CAN application layer communication protocol and the CAN communication mechanism for receiving and handling, a designated system of internal CAN communication protocol, described in detail CAN-USB data the idea of conversion. Papers of the software simulation system design and main modules of the software approach are introduced.
