Study On The Construction Of Telecom Revenue Forecast System And Application Of Fuzzy Query

Nowadays, with the deepening reform of domestic telecom, development of communication technology and perfect of infrastructure facilities, a new telecom market competition pattern has been formed. The competition pressure from both home and abroad makes operators of China Telecom realize that they should manage business information effectively, and establish operational analysis system to support information dissemination and the Telecom companies to have better understanding of operations and performance analysis in order to achieve a basis for the management of operations, and to enhance the ability of competition of the telecom operators. At the same time, revenue forecast is necessary in operational analysis system. It is the basis for telecom operators to chart network development plan and project design. It also can supply decision-making support to operators for formulating business development plan, improving management, making management decision. Basing on the study of operational analysis system, the paper uses ORACLE,JAVABEAN and STRUTS technologies to complete the revenue forecast system.As more and more extensive application of database technology, a query against the database usually there will be some fuzziness of the query, for example, such as natural language in some of the fuzzy words "high","low","big" and "small", how to solve these fuzzy queries. The paper studies this problem at the same time. Clients are the foundation for the enterprise to survive and develop. Telecom operators focus on the clients, especially "big clients" which become the competition focus. This paper designs the fuzzy function to fulfill the digital expression of fuzzy query sentences liking "big clients" and "normal clients" based on the fuzzy distributing researches, and analyses language arithmetic operators. Finally, it mainly researches and builds query model of fuzzy sentences, including reverse method and positive direction method, giving the instances, using storage process to achieve "big clients" fuzzy query. Telecom operators provide different decision-makings for different levels of clients.
