IPCC (IP CALL CENTER) is the call center of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol)at the early time. It is quickly to become a services call center with the ability to handlemultimedia service nowadays. The research and development of deposited IPCCmanagement systems is also the result in this context. Deposited IPCC, to create a newhigh-margin revenue for old and new telecom operators, applies to both corporateclients and small or medium ones, with leased lines and hardware and softwareresources to form own call center. VoIP is based on voice technology and IPCC is oncall center one, making the call center deposited and the idle resources maximized.The purpose of this paper is to build a deposited VoIP call center managementplatform contained with the background of the subject project and the organization ofthe paper firstly. As the second section, the realization of the system contains with theCDR data collection and depositition platform based on J2EE technology. The contentsfollow.1、Abutment of IPCC to PSTN. It is gone into particulars of the line abutment, theabutment agreement, the relay and the abutment of IP, including IP authentication andcustom abutment port.2、Design of the soft switch architecture and the creation process of CDR (CallDetail Recording) data on XML. Three levels of research have been mentioned which isthe soft-switching layer with creation and storing of XML data, network layer with filetransfer through HTTP and Post method, and application service layer to accept Postdata and analyze the XML file.3、Design of deposited IPCC management system based on J2EE structure,contained with the requirements for VoIP traffic management system in the IPCCenvironment, the abutment of CDR data in the XML to that in data base, and theprogram design of dialing and charging flow path according to the functionalrequirements of the deposited VoIP management system.
