In the information forming procedure, Enterprises will keep good customer relationship because of subsistence and development. Enterprises will take up more marketing quotients if they have high quality customer service. So most of Enterprises set up their own call center in order to increasing the customer service quality. Traditional call center will have more and more technical disadvantages, more and more enterprises have attached importance to IP call center. So it is a significative research project for us to researching and developing a middleware system for setting up Enterprise IP call center.This article expatiated the procedure of researching and developing the IP control and IP ACD module based on the IP call center middleware System project, including six chapters:In Chapter 1, the article introduced the background knowledge , the holistic architecture and the module division of the IP call center middleware system project; In Chapter 2, the article expatiated the research theory of VoIP and SIP which is the basis of designing and developing the IP control Module of IPCC project; In Chapter 3 , the article expatiated the procedure of designing and developing the IP control Module of IPCC project; In Chapter 4 , the article expatiated the procedure of researching and developing the IP ACD module of IPCC project; In Chapter 5, the article expatiated the testing procedure for the IP control and IP ACD module of IPCC project; In the last Chapter, the article summarized the above content and put forward the aspects which are need to improve and develop.
