Based On Ipcc Pure Software, Voip Recording System

IPCC(IP Contact Center) is a new generation of contact center that brings forward recently. As a new type of modern service that makes full use of communication measures and computer techniques in existence, it attracts more and more attentions. As a necessary increment service, pure-software record system has many problems in technique and market yet, such as immature technique, low efficiency, few product and high price. Whereas such problems, we research and develop a universal and effective pure-software record system that supports many protocols. This system is a part of the project named IPCC middleware supported by Ningbo software special fund.This paper is written for the research and implementation of this record system. First it introduces Call Center and record system, and illustrates the actuality and problem of recent record market in accordance with our investigation. Next we show the protocol analysis and implement strategy of the record system in detail. In addition, we have done many experiment, from the analysis and compare of the experiment data, we can see the performance of the system is good. Last we present a scheme to improve the record delay that can not be solved at present.This paper is just a little step in the record system research; there are also many problems that need to be solved by following work.
