The Design And Implementation Of The SSH-based Educational Administration System

For every college and university, the educational administration is animportant part of the educational and teaching work, so it is also called thecore and foundation of the entire school administration. With the aim of thehigh efficiency and high quality of every teaching duty and educationalgoal, the educational administration acquires that the school managers useadvanced management tool scientifically and instruct other personnel’sactivity according to a series of educational policy formulated by thecountry and the school. The educational administration, the core of theeducational and teaching work, has characteristics such as strong aim,thorough plan and advanced scientific nature. The paperemphasizes the following things, such as the goals of the system design,the system framework and each functional module involeved in the systemand also research on the techniques and methods of the functional moduleand involved interface. At the end of the paper, it gives the specific case ofthe educational administration system.In this paper, it uses multi-storey structure which bases on the JAVAplatform, and sets up a system framework that has a high extensibility byusing the technique of Struts, Spring, Hibernate(SSH). Meanwhile, thebetter usage of module interface can make a good order of data migrationand it makes a better coordination with other works during the educationaladministration.The primary points are as following:1. Making an research on the problems in the educationaladministration management system. It puts forward the educational administration system which applys the three techniques based on JAVAplatform and describes the characteristics and its significance ofeducational management system.2. Talking over the system pattern and related techniques. Based onthe framework technology of SSH, the paper designs the integrated systemplatform which corresponds with MVC (Modle-View—Controller）combining the thought of the layered system.3. Based on the demand analysis of educational administration anddescription of by using case chart, the paper completes the system design,detailed design of every functional module and the complete databasedesign4. Designing the integration system by using theStruts+Hibernate+Spring and finish the educational administration system.
