Therefore according the guidelines of Department of National Education that the university should take appropriate measure to improve the quality of education, enhance the efficiency of management and standardize the teaching activity, the paper bring out a design of Educational Administration System. The system according is also based on the practical work, current information management system of the university.Firstly, the paper summarizes the concept of the digital campus, development and current status. And it proves necessary that the school need an effective management system. Secondly, the paper introduces the 00 Technology and JAVA technology to accomplish the Educational Administration System. Thirdly, the paper describes the structure of Client/Server adopted in the system, and analyses all the affair or data of users with the help of the 00 technology. Then the model of object oriented and dynamic model are built. And the system-level view of the system is given. Fourthly, the paper represents the system-level view of the system. As an example, Student Information Management model is introduced to summarize the design progress using the OO development method and the 00 language, JAVA. At the same time, user interface and application program are put on the client side. All the data in this platform is stored in the server with the SQL Server database management system. The 00 development method is described in the paper. Lastly, the OOT and the constructing of the system platform environment are depicted.The system bases on network and utilizes the computer technology and network communication technology to digitize the information of schooling, research, administration and student business, then integrate all the information systemically to accomplish the education information digitized, policy scientifically and administratingstandardized.
