| Rapid development of IT and diversification of market competition greatlyaccelerated the process of modernization and information technology.Moreover,enterprise information technology has become the trend ofglobalization.Enterprise information planning and construction enterprises withinternational standards,to reduce process cost,more agile access to marketinformation,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,the levelof enterprise information has become a key indicator of the economic and socialdevelopment.In the process of constant development,enterprises will get along with differentkinds of business management software.Such software is always professional andrelevant,therefore their co-existence gives rise to scattered resources.So businessmanagers are difficult to weigh the pors and cons in decision-making.In order toeliminate the problem of “information island†of different software system dataexchange,data sharing, establishment of a unified data exchange platform will be auseful way.This paper mainly discusses design and implementation of the data exchange platform based on SOA. First of all, the platform model is put forward and the demand ofplatform is determined by discussing with operation and maintenance personnel. Then,exchange platform is analyzed systematically using top-down method through data flow diagram and data dictionary by taking present situation of electric power enterprise information system construction into account. The exchange platform development feasibility is discussed. Moreover, core business function of the platform is classified modularly. Each functional module is described in great detail using program flow chart. In this way the system design is completed. Finally, data exchange platform system is realized using Ganymede version of the Eclipse software. |
