Equipment control system is an important component of the informationizedconstruction for colleges and universities. With equipment control system, we canrealize none-paper administration, make better use of the equipments and improve theworking efficiency of the assets administrators. On the basis of surveying traditionequipment control systems, the thesis combines the reality of companies. It hasdeveloped a set of equipment control system which has strong adaptability and updatingdata. The system was based on the visit of web.At the earlier stage systematically, The thesis divides the systematic functionmodule specifically, which based on the analysis of actual need and concrete businessprocess.The following tasks are mainly accomplished:1.The need analysis for systematic equipment control, including economyfeasibility, analysis, technical feasibility analysis, described every function module indetails through flow chart, data dictionary etc.2. On the basis of system need analysis, it gives the systematic entirety composesdesigns and the development technological process of the system. It selects J2EE as itssystematic frame, and JSP as its mainly exploitive language system and it uses SQLServer as its systematic backstage data base, which realizes every function module.3.After accomplishing the development of the system, it was tested in detail,through the business technological process of assets managers and the tested examplesthe application of systematic originally system, the efficiency having raised theinstrument equipment control tremendously, and improved school instrument equipmentresources.It sets assets administrators free from handwork in administrative environment, andprovide intelligence for the development of school and the science decision-making.
