With the rise of the Internet industry, several companies together to complete aproject has been very popular, a project completed with the traditional single enterprise,multi-enterprise together to complete a project should not only consider the quality andcircumstances of the completion of the project, but also the variouscooperation betweenenterprises, resource allocation, project progress tracking and control, while there is alot of uncertainty factors for these problems, at this stage it is difficult to find adeterministic algorithm accurately resolve these uncertaintiesthe problem, so the paperdesign of a collaborative project management system based on human decision-making,this system can effectively resolve uncertainty problems encountered in thecollaborative project plan management process.Collaborative project plan management, is the decomposition of the project as awhole, broken down into a small collection of tasks, and then sub-sets of tasks assignedto each implementation of enterprise project down to pay attention to the problem of theuncertainty in the collaborative project plans, andfor the decomposed subtasks setdependencies with each other, so the task decomposition should also consider thedependencies between the various sub-tasks, this article uses the groups networkcollaborative project WBS decomposition, the decomposition process notdetermine thefactors that control, guarantee the uncertainty bound relations in the WBS process.Design a two-stage solution algorithm to solve the partner selection problem in thecollaborative project, The first stage to solve the quantification with the SimulationAnnealing and made an optimum result set, The secend stage made the optimal resultset with the fuzzy decision, In order to address the issue of partner selection.The model structure of the decision-making system design collaborative projectplans, using J2EE platform to achieve the Struts framework supporting development inthe implementation process, MVC object-oriented development, decision aidsdecision-making in the model layer algorithm in viewlayer display system applicationinterface, the interaction between user needs and decision-making algorithm in thecontrol layer, the final MVC structure developed decision support system, to establish a database, contains the model data, knowledge, data, and application data.
