Design And Reality Of The Community Household Database System

This thesis mainly focuses on the designing and implementation of databasessystem that built for the local society residents. This system used database technologyand online technology. Through the study of object-oriented programming research andconsidering enterprise physical demand, the whole system used the client/server (C/S)pattern and was programmed by DELPHI language.This thesis explained why I built this system and what could we achieve from it inthe first place. Then several principles such as practicality, systematicness, simplenessand safty where carried out to guid the designing work and modules were divided bytheir individual functions. Last but not least, several necessary tests were runned inorder to make sure the whole system works right.The future application of social residents management system is designed byJinhua Post Ofiice based following two aspects:Firstly,Stimulating and guiding consumption.This database system contains a listof15,000thousand residents information.Combined with business letters,SMS,phonecalls,it can used to stimulate consumption,that means,offering more options andpreferential treatments.Secondly,This database system can bring benefits to small and mediumenterprises by offering precise data to help them subdivide the market and also helpthem reduce the advertisements cost.
