The Design And Implementation Of An Invoice Checking System For Sichuan Provincial Tax Bureau

More and more criminals utilized false invoices, which has become the major problem for our Taxation Bureau nowadays. The rapid developments in modern technology have made it even harder for the taxation departments to monitor and manage invoices. Most of the consumers are unable to authenticate the invoices because of the withheld of the basic information about the invoice issued by our tax and revenue department. In this paper, a novel invoice checking system has been established.This article discussed the technology of establishing an invoice checking system based on the MVC layer according to the B/S model. Through analysis of the current situation in the Sichuan Taxation Bureau and adopting the demand analysis flowchart, system analysis workflow, UML demand modeling and prototyping, the paper introduced four functional modules included in the invoice checking system, searching for external and internal invoice issuing and purchasing, invoice searching daily log and invoice searching statistic analysis. Based on the SQL Server2000, the datasheet structures such as the invoice information datasheet, invoice issue information datasheet, invoice daily log sheet and so on were designed. The data sheet and graphic table of the invoice checking system have been designed and coded in details for the DAL invoice checking and issuing as well as the presentation invoice checking and issuing. Primary functional tests were run for each functional module, and the results demonstrate that the invoice checking system was feasible and valuable.The invoice checking system has been presented in the project bidding in the area of Sichuan Taxation Bureau. The tender panel believed that the system is reasonably designed, and of high practical value. However, further research and developments of this invoice checking system need to be done in future.
