The Realization Of EAM System Electric Company Based On SAP

EAM（Enterprise Asset Management） is applied to information management ofmaintenance, tracking of high value fixed assets in asset-intensive enterprises.developing from computerized equipment maintenance management system. EAM canimprove economic revenue and market competitiveness by reasonable arrangements ofmaintenance plan and related resources and activities with information means. It canimprove assets utilization, reduce operation and maintenance costs by optimizingmaintenance resources.This thesis brings forward methods of building power information system usingSAP development platform on basis of research of power EAM. Moreover, proposesinformation model and database construction by analyzing overall demand of powerEAM.This thesis introduces RD status and development background, also, offersconstruction framework of power EAM. Meanwhile it introduces system developmentenvironment and theories including SAP platform, SAP R/3,ABAP,SAP data interface,SAP database table, DB2database technology, equipment coding principle KKS.Requirements analysis, system device and issue and technology of system developmentand realization are also introduced by taking power EAM on SAP platform for example.The integration of PM, FI/CO,MM and PS is realized in this system. This systemProvides the related data of enterprise asset management for level three data center.ItProvides the function of key performance indicators for enterprise asset management,also, Provides one tools of opening data and Scalable data.
