Research And Application On Portal Technology Of Collaborative System

With the development of the technology and the information society, Cooperation System has been a means for enterprises to improve efficiency. Currently, there are a lot of cooperation work products on the market. But the mainstream products are aimed at large enterprises, what is more, the price and operating cost prohibitive for small and medium enterprises.In this paper, Cooperation System based on Microsoft's Windows SharePoint Services is proposed .And it adapts to the characters, practicality, flexibility and low cost, of small enterprise. Work Flow Management Module (WFMM) has been researched and designed emphatically. Considering of the versatility and easy interactive, when defining and mapping and WFMM, compared with the shortcomings of the past, information exchange and data processing workflow , we use the Microsoft's MSMQ asynchronous workflow solutions to interact with distributed call issues. Based on object-oriented design, the message type can be an object, and parse the message even after an object is provided to the client remote object method call. Asynchronous data processing, the system can parse the message when they are free, effectively reducing the load on the system, greatly improves the system stability and reliability of data processing.
