Aiming at the problem that traditional workflow systems cannot effectively process massive amounts of data,combining workflow engines with cloud computing is an effective solution.However,the current cloud workflow engine system still has problems such as low cloud resource utilization,poor portability and reusability,and high system development and operation costs.In order to solve these problems,the thesis improves and optimizes the integrated architecture of the IC-Flow Engine(Inner Mongolia University Cloud Workflow Engine)2.0 system and the utilization of underlying cloud resources,and proposes the IC-Flow Engine 3.0 version.The thesis mainly has the following contributions:(1)Design a new cloud workflow engine system architecture based on the characteristics of the underlying cloud environment.IC-Flow Engine 3.0 can easily and effectively perform cloud transaction modeling and execution.At the same time,it supports asynchronous calls so that the cloud workflow system has efficient execution capabilities.(2)According to the architecture of the Hadoop cluster environment implementation module,the thesis proposes an adaptive load balancing algorithm based on the performance of cluster nodes.This algorithm gradually balances the cluster load and maintains the cloud computing cluster performance of the cloud workflow engine system at a stable and superior level.(3)Build a standardized software environment based on Docker containers,and use Docker containers to deploy the cloud workflow engine system designed in the thesis.This deployment method makes it easier for the system to achieve sustainable integration,and it also makes the system portable and cross-platform.The thesis verifies that the IC-Flow Engine 3.0 system has higher resource utilization and task execution efficiency through comparative experiments and examples,which shortens the process execution time and saves operating costs.At the same time,the containerized system also has the advantage of low development and deployment costs.Therefore,IC-Flow Engine 3.0 has high practical value in practical applications.
