With the country more and more attention to social security, social security enterprise informatization has been a trend. Issuing the social security card, is an important part. Through social security cards, the information of insurers across one province and even one country can be put together to facilitate one national social security information database. As an important part of the social security card, how to make accurate and efficient social security cards is an important goal of the Department of social security Therefore, in order to change the current shortcomings of making social security card: low efficiency and complicated, large waste of resources, a manual operation, a higher degree of information management system has become inevitable. Through the analysis and research on social security card production needs in the social security department of some province, we designed management information of social security card system based on J2 EE which improves the efficiency of making social security card.This research is based on the J2 EE social security card information management system which includes the data acquisition, public security comparison, social security card bank card information management, business card and others.. According to different functional requirements and responsibilities of administers in cities and districts and towns, the system allocates different functions, which ensures that the social security card information management can focus on the ministries and agencies, but also be distributed to the local. It could make the social security card data management safe and effective. This system is deployed in the province within the network, using the BS architecture, programming using MVC model. The system is mainly divided into ten functional modules, four business functions and six system functions. Business functions including data acquisition, the ratio of public security, bank accounts, card business orders; the function of the system, including basic data management, user management system, management system, log list, data query, report statistical.
