Design And Implementation Of Qiangfeng Hotel Front Desk Management Information System

With the rapid development of China’s tourism industry, the domestic hotelindustry has been unprecedented high-speed development. In order to enhance the corecompetitiveness of the hotel, you must use the computer to the modern informationmanagement. In many other areas of the hotel, the front desk directly facing the guests,it is the hotel core business. Therefore, the design and development of a completefunction, safe, and efficient hotel management information system, to improve theservice quality of the hotel, level of management will play a very important role.According to the small and medium-sized hotel actual conventional mode ofoperation, this thesis detailed analysis of the hotel management needs, design andimplementation. Using C/S architecture, SQL Server as background database, usingVisual Basic6as the development tool, taking Microsoft Visio2007as UMLmodeling tools, developed a front desk management system for small andmedium-sized hotel. The system includes accommodation management, roommanagement, credit management, query statistics, system settings, report managementseven modules.This thesis describes the history of the development of hotel managementinformation system, and introduces the main related technology.
