Jiangsu Maritime Communication System In The Integrated Database System Design And Implementation

Based on the "data-centric" concept, the design requirements for Jiangsu marine communication system is determined through a detailed analysis of issues with the system. The theoretical basis on system development and technical support has been definited through analyzing the development platform and technology theory based on the basic technologies of an integrated database system.Firstly, the general design for the integrated database system including general framework and specific business processes has been done. Then the hierarchical model of system architecture is given. The functional refinements for integrated database system are described, and pecific designs of its core components, which include system database and business database has been given. Then, the functions, structures and data collection processes of marine law enforcement information management center have been discussed.Secondly, according to the system functional requirements, the interface for system login, digital declaration of ship arrival or departure and mobile terminal have been given. Specific database table structures for system database and traffic database, which are the major component of integrated database system has been designed.Finally, several related problems of database system, such as data transmission modes, contents and format were designed, including the data transmission mode and port settings for law enforcement PDA terminal and digital declaration of ship arrival or departure have been discussed, and overall testing for designed software is given in general.
