In modern warfare, electronic communications and automatic control systems havebecome indispensable aids in the achievement of required weapon system performance.Electronic warfare (EW) seeks to insure proper performance of friendly electronicsystems and deny proper parformance of unfriendly systems. In other words, electronicwarfare is not merely the search for the magical emission that will deny the enemy afunctioning system. Electronic warfare should be viewed as a tool for use with othertools available to the battlefield commander to achieve mission objectives.Radarcountermeasure plays a vital role in the electronic warfare. With the rapid developmentof technology, modern radar’s detection, anti-jamming and other various aspects is moreand more strong, which is a huge challenge of the radar jamming party.Rapid frequency measurement is the primary condition of radar jamming system.Inthis paper,rapid frequency measurement module adopts the frequency measurementmethods which is called phase comparision. It is the main idea to transform the signal’sfrequency into phase.The input frequency can be deduced from measuring the phase’samplitude information. In the design,the phase signal is processed by parallelmulti-channel high speed comparators.The paper compare channelized receiver schemes with IFM receiver schemes.Combining with the systemic demand,the design adopts quadrature phasediscrimination circuit and resistance phase-shifting circuit.Firstly,it is the difficulty thatthe periodic signal is measured by multi-channel high speed comparators. Secend, theFPGA is applided encoding for frequency measurement data.Finally,the thesis focuseson the Fast Frequency guiding Modular temperature floating correcting of phase, a newverification technique, which is based on the traditional temperature coding and adoptedcode shifting and extension methods.The method can solve the difficult problem offrequency error code.
