Design And Implementation Of The Information System Of Class Managemenent For Online Education Of Zhongshan College

With the domestic economic situation changes and the adjustment of industrialstructure, social demand for talents has changed a lot. Online education as a new openeducation mode was welcomed and recognized by the community. Zhongshan city is afamous manufacturing industry base in the central area of the Pearl River Delta’s. Withthe development of economy, vocational technicians are greatly needed by the society.Zhongshan College introduced online education from UESTC to cultivate personnel ofvarious types for local economic development in Zhongshan.With the increasing demand for all kinds of talents, Network education enrollmentof Zhongshan College is growing, and the students in College is increasing. The classmanagement, student management in Network education of Zhongshan Collegebecomes more and more complicated. In this situation, there is an urgent need toestablish a modern class management information system. Providing quality, science,improve classroom management can be supported for the network education students ofUniversity of Electronic Science and Technology of China in Zhongshan Instituteteaching point. This is not only conducive to communication and exchange among theparticipants, but also conducive to the students truly experience the college atmosphere.It can also help students to receive information management. It can greatly help collegeto improve work efficiency and the service quality of the class.This paper summarizes the class management and teacher management in thenetwork education of Zhongshan College campus learning center. On this basis,combined with software engineering theory, system requirements analysis was done.The various functions which systems need to implement have been proposed. Then thepaper summarizes and analyzes the status of network education class management andclass management system research status. It determines the system developmentplatform and database platforms on the basis of full investigation. The overall scheme ofthe system design is proposed combining with the system design and developmentrelated theory. The network architecture of the system, system architecture, functionalmodules, and database architecture was determined. According to the management information system and the need of student information management, informationsecurity needs, system safety design was put forward. On the basis of the overall systemdesign, the realization of the system and the man-machine interface implementations aredescribed in detail then.
