The Planning And Realizing Of Cigarette Retail System

With the continuous development and gradual application of enterprise informationmanagement technology, constantly appearance of problems in large cigarette retailmanagement system, and thorough research of the retail management system, theapplication of cigarette retail management system software is becoming more and moreurgent.In this thesis, we analyzed the needs of cigarette enterprise sales plans managementsystem, especially the features of the develop process for the cigarette enterprise salesplans. We researched the cigarette enterprise’s sales plans for month, half year and thewhole year, and formed a scientific and rigorous cigarette sales plans managementmodel. We also made an overall features framework for sales plan, and designed thefeatures of each main module. Then we proposed a data flow model for sales plans, anddesigned the key database table and E-R diagram for database design. We designed theclass diagram. In order to meet the availability and scalability of the system, theinformation systems will be dispersed from the original data to be collated andintegrated. Finally, we summary and prospect the system.We use Yangpu tobacco sugar and wine co., LTD as an example, based onsoftware engineering thinking and method, and using the B/S Web three layer structureof application system to systematically design and implement the cigarette retailmanagement information system. The main work of this paper includes: expounded thepresent situation of the cigarette retail management information system, analyzed thenecessity of informational management of cigarette retail and the feasibility ofconstructing the cigarette retail management information system; discussed the keytechnologies of developing the cigarette retail management information system, such as,B/S structure, ASP.NET, and database technology. We propose to use Web technologyand B/S three layer architecture concepts to construct the firm’s cigarette retailmanagement information system. Then based on the feature of system and from theperspective of software engineer systems, we conducted a comprehensive functional requirements analysis of the cigarette retail management information system, dividedfunctional modules and then we also analyzed the non-functional requirement.Combined with the relative technologies and theory knowledge of software engineerdevelopment, we completed the overall design of the system’s main structure, thedetailed design of every system modules, and the programming of the correspondingdatabase. Using SQL Server as our database management system, and with theapplication of C#, ASP.Net technologies, we finally achieved this system. Through theimplementation example of register module and department management module, wedescribe the main implement structure of every modules of our system and theapplication of database technology in the back-end database access. Our systemachieved the functions of user login, sales management, statistical inquiry, and systemmaintenance, improved the staff’s work efficiency and the retail customs’ satisfaction.Also we made the company’s works to provide a more personalized services to theirclients.
