X Institute Wind Tunnel Project Quality Management Information System Design

This thesis used to design the project of the quality management informationsystem of the institute, the user can input, query, insert, delete, modify the projectquality control information after log. The project quality management informationsystems mainly including resource management, research and program management,financial management, program implementation, business process-driven, projectdocument management, statistics and analysis, monitor key information, businessprocess template library and a series of the basic function supporting to the projectquality management. Build wind tunnel project quality management information systemintegrate tools, processes, technology, organization and resources in the process ofdevelopment, which provide an public operating environment integrating tools for windtunnel design team. Integrated design and simulation based on a common architecture,wind tunnel project quality management information system architecture includesinformation integration layer, the technical support layer, integrated platform layer anduser layer.Information integration layer contains the relational database, parametric solidmodel library, file systems and legacy information systems.Technical support layer resolve a series of key issues such as the data exchangestandards, integrating heterogeneous data sources, information exchange, softwarearchitecture.Integrated platform layer contains collaborative design environment, performancesimulation environment, knowledge management environment, system managementenvironment and visual environment, providing integrated design and simulationplatform to achieve the main function.User layer provide the appropriate views and user interaction, includingmanagement view, process view and the view of other product models, the mode ofinteracting with the user is interface for application, various CAx tool interfaces,VR/visual interface and the web browser, etc.The wind tunnel design and simulation integrate the unique professional tools, design process, design knowledge, regulation and management processes into anintegrated design and simulation architecture platform layer, that is the only sign butalso the system design goals of the wind tunnel project quality management informationsystem which has the characteristics of the wind tunnel design.
