Bank performance appraisal system research is the study of Chinese commercialbank how to adopt effective evaluation model and software system implementation ofmarketing, sales and development of commercial banks of China combined objectiveoverall demand, solve Chinese commercial banks full line, full comprehensiveperformance evaluation.This paper is to address the problem, with Shanghai Pudong Development Bankas the main research object, in thorough analysis to total branch assessment target andbusiness on the basis of demand, to achieve more comprehensive perspective ofperformance evaluation for innovative and exploratory study. Main contents:1.Caliber unified data platform establishmentBank performance evaluation system in order to meet the much branch, much lineassessment requirements, must build a unified data platform, this platform should beincluded with the performance by the banks of the business system to produce theoriginal data and management information data, performance evaluation index in thecalculation of uniform from this platform access, maintain unified data caliber.2.Establish and improve the performance evaluation index systemPerformance appraisal system should be set up to perfect performance evaluationindex system, the index system should be included on the institutions at all levels aswell as employees of the marketing performance evaluation index, and with a branchbusiness development strategy of organic ground joins. The system should provideinformative indicators database, selected for the user to use. The system should providea friendly user interface, the user can through the existing performance appraisal index,by setting the corresponding parameters and formulas derived index. The system mayperiodically according to a selected performance indicators to generate all levels ofmanagement personnel or business personnel assessment report.3.Fully meet the full marketing and cross marketing needs assessmentPerformance appraisal system should be able to through a set of scientific andreasonable performance evaluation process, statistics show all kinds of employees of the marketing performance, promote marketing and cross marketing.4.Timely display performance dataPerformance appraisal system is able to staff/mechanism as the core showperformance data, can support from staff to various real or virtual teams can supportmulti level assessment, remove and adjust the performance appraisal need. Systemaccording to product and customer on employee performance decomposition, and canbe displayed and provide the relevant statements classification.
