In recent years, China’s logistics industry has obtained rapid development. But at present, there is a great disparity in the logistics industry when being compared with the developed countries. It mainly reflects that logistics transportation channel is insufficient, and effective cooperation is lack among all kinds of logistics transportation ways, multi-level and multi-purpose logistics network hub is also lack. The Twelfth Five-Year Guideline explicitly proposes our country will vigorously develop modern logistics industry, and stresses the need to make enterprise internal logistics socialization, and fosters professional logistics enterprises, to develop the third party logistics and to build a large-scale logistics hub, and to develop the regional logistics center. To promote the integration of transport area, we can also get through transport channel between provinces, and play network overall efficiency, and optimize the resources of transportation allocation, and strengthen the hub linking and transportation facilities.The main works are as follows:(1) By reading a large number of literature of two large areas such as collaborative logistics and hub and spoke network, and through analyzing theoretically these research status, this paper mainly analyze the advantages and disadvantages of collaborative logistics and hub and spoke network, and this paper is organic to combine the advantages of above two areas.(2) This paper takes collaborative logistics problem of third party logistics enterprise as the research object combined with Hierarchical hub and spoke network. This paper makes a systematic model from three aspects, as such collaborative strategy constructing, hub node location and transportation network optimization to build a shaft radial network, to establish single distribution hub node location model, to determine the position of the pub, and to establish a network operating cost as the objective function of the Hierarchical hub and spoke network model.(3) In the model solving process, this paper firstly improves the genetic algorithm to keep the population diversity and avoid the local optimum, then using Matlab operation platform to solve the hierarchy of shaft radial network model, and get an optimal Hierarchical hub and spoke network collaborative logistics operation scheme.(4) This paper takes the third party logistics enterprise YCJL and YC group teaming as an example, and proves the validation of3PL enterprise collaborative logistics operation scheme based on Hierarchical hub and spoke network. The experiment results show that the enterprise original scheme save operation cost45.56%by using the third party logistics enterprise collaborative logistics operation scheme based on Hierarchical hub and spoke network, which illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed model and the application value of collaborative logistics operation plan.
